Ready to make the switch? Let’s talk about cost! Feeding a fresh raw diet is likely to be more expensive than processed dry food. However, the long-term health benefits plus the joy in watching your pet eat a meal they truly love is worth it!

This calculator will help you determine how much to feed your pet. The general rule is that your dog or cat should consume 2-2.5% of your pet’s ideal body weight. Each pet is different, so choose the description that best suits your pet. Our calculator will give you a good idea of how much food your pet should consume each meal.

We base our approximately monthly meal cost on an average of $3.00 per lb. If your pet is eating a rotational meal plan of Chicken, Turkey and Beef this would be fairly accurate. Additional costs may include supplements, treats and taxes (yup! Pet food is taxed – how unfair is that!)
